If you’ve ever stepped foot into Movement Sunnyvale between the hours of way-too-early and just-barely-awake, chances are you’ve met Pat. Or at least spotted him moving weight with laser focus and a heart full of energy. We call this one The PR Blend because, well… if you’ve met Patrick Ronan, you already get it.
Pat is one of Movement’s beloved morning regulars and trainers. He’s there when the gym opens at 6 AM (yes, seriously), and if you catch him at random hours later in the day, don’t worry, he doesn’t live there. He just trains like he does.
But what makes Pat someone worth naming a granola after isn’t just his discipline or intensity, it’s the way he shows up for people. He’s the kind of person who greets you with a big smile, remembers your dog’s name, and makes sure you’re doing okay. He’s thoughtful, kind, and always down to share a good laugh or some killer workout tips.
Pat was actually the first-ever person to pitch us on a flavor idea when we started talking about community collaborations. He told us he was all about that warm, cozy maple pecan combo. And once we made it, we knew we had something special. A little sweet, a little nutty, a whole lot of good vibes. It was an instant hit. And while our featured flavors usually rotate, Pecan’t Resist earned its permanent spot on the shelf.
So the next time you’re at Movement and you see a guy who looks like he could deadlift a mountain and host the friendliest block party in town, that’s probably Pat. Go say hi! He might just help you hit your next PR (or at least tell you where to find the best post-workout snack).
Thanks for being our first “flavor muse,” Pat. We’re better (and tastier) because of you.
